EditEggs
As a rule of thumb, eggs keep for a month, but you can increase this by
washing the eggs before you put them in the fridge.
EditStrawberries
Strawberries have a lot of water in them. Cook them on the stove until the juice separates from the berries. Freeze the juice in plastic containers. Freeze the strawberries separately and use strawberries in strawberry pie.
EditRaspberries, black berries
If you want to preserve the berries without crushing them, put them on a cookie tray, freeze them, then transfer the berries to containers.
EditApples
I know that some varieties of apples last in barrels, where others just dry up or rot. Sadly, I know not which variety is which.
